The ZCM series gas solenoid valve is a 2/2-way zero pressure differential solenoid valve, suitable for natural gas, coal gas and other combustion media. It adopts flange connection, bore DN50, pressure 0-0.1MPa, with zero pressure differential start design that operates without minimum pressure differential. Widely used in gas combustion systems, industrial furnaces, boilers, and other gas control applications.

Selection and Installation Guide

• Select corresponding model based on gas pipeline bore, ZCM-50F corresponds to DN50
• For gas applications, explosion-proof coil must be selected and comply with local explosion-proof standards
• Flange connection requires matching flange plates and gaskets
• Install with valve body arrow aligned with gas flow direction
• Recommended to install outdoors in well-ventilated areas for easy maintenance
